When will my Sharks preorder ship?
Production starts once the preorder window closes on Nov 20. First shipments are projected between Nov 29 – Dec 5; most US deliveries arrive Dec 3 – Dec 12.
Can I edit my order after checkout?
We can usually help within 24 hours of purchase while your order is pending. After it moves to production, changes aren’t guaranteed.
What if my size isn’t listed?
