What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders reserve your item before it’s produced. Your payment confirms the order and places it into our production queue. This helps us control inventory, reduce waste, and deliver higher quality.

When do you charge my card?

Payment is captured at checkout to secure your place in the production batch that begins after the window closes on Nov 20, 2025 · 11:59 PM ET.

Production & Shipping Timeline

• Production: Begins Nov 21; typical turnaround 4–8 business days (Printful/Printify, varies by item: tees, polos, joggers, hats).
• First shipments/pickups: Expected between Nov 29 – Dec 5.
• U.S. delivery: Most orders arrive Dec 3 – Dec 12 depending on carrier speed and location.

Can I change or cancel?

We can usually help within 24 hours of purchase while your order is still pending in the batch. After your order moves to production, changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

Because pre-orders are made to order, returns are limited to manufacturing defects or order errors. If there’s any issue with quality or wrong item/size received, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Combined Orders

If you check out with both in-stock items and pre-order items, we may ship separately so you get in-stock goods sooner. Shipping confirmations will be emailed for each parcel.

Local Pickup (if offered)

We’ll email pickup details once your order is ready during the Nov 29 – Dec 5 window.

Order Updates & Support

All status emails (confirmation, in-production, shipped, ready for pickup) come from orders@nicostreet.com. For changes or issues, email support@nicostreet.com with your order number.
