What are the shipping options and timeframes?
Standard domestic delivery is usually 3–8 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options appear at checkout when available. International timelines vary by destination and customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. Duties/taxes are assessed by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. You can also use the site’s Order Tracking with your order number and email.

Pre‑Orders & Drops

How do pre‑orders work?
Pre‑orders secure your piece before production begins. Your payment method is charged at checkout. Estimated ship windows appear on the product page. We’ll email any updates.
Can I cancel a pre‑order?
You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have started—contact us and we’ll do our best.
What if a pre‑order is delayed?
We’ll notify you with a new timeline. For significant delays, you can request a refund before shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items in original packaging are returnable within 30 days of delivery. Final‑sale and customized items aren’t eligible. Start a return via your order email or contact support.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchange for a different size or color within the same style when inventory allows. If an exchange isn’t available, we’ll refund once your return is received.
My item arrived damaged—what now?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund quickly.
